Indiana was born in Melbourne and is of Turkish, Polish-Jew and Scottish heritage. She has studied extensively as an artist at institutions around the globe.

Most recently she trained in Russia under Andrei Malaev-Babel at The Demidov School, in Demidov’s organic acting technique. She has lived, studied and worked as an actor in both New York and the UK. She is an Alumni of The Cambridge School of Visual & Performing Arts (UK), AADA (USA), and the Lee Strasberg Institute in New York City, also undertaking training with Paul Calderon and Elizabeth Kemp.

Indiana is delighted to have just completed production on the short film Two of Swords, in which she directed and acted.

She has worked on various independent films including Lily and Kat, which screened at TIFF; and Sometimes, Forever (HBO’s Newfest, Chain and Picture Farm Festival). Theatre credits include C’est La Vie, directed by Thomas Doyle and I Remember It Well, directed by Alex Notkin (NYC).

Indiana is excited to return to an increasingly inclusive and evolving Australian industry after recently becoming a mother.

She holds a Cert IV in Pilates and Level 2 in Reiki, and has trained in both Tai Chi and Ballet.
